Good to know
Is this real gambling?
No. Every game uses free-play credits with no cash value. You can't buy credits, win money or cash anything out. The one-time price buys the games, like any other game.
Are the live tables real people?
Yes. Online, the casino tables and the bingo halls are shared: everyone at a table sees the same cards, spins and balls at the same moment. When fewer than three people are at a table, named computer players (marked CPU) sit in until someone else arrives. Live tables use free table chips, separate from your credits, and have quick reactions instead of chat. The Windows download plays solo and offline.
Is it suitable for kids?
The word games and bingo are made for all ages, and the word games are genuinely educational. The slot machines, keno, roulette and poker are casino-style games, and we recommend them for players 18 and over. Parents can simply steer younger players to the Word-World and the Bingo Pavilion.
Are there subscriptions, ads or in-app purchases?
None. You pay once and every game is yours, with no ads and nothing to buy inside.
What do I need to play online?
A current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari on a computer or a larger tablet. The games are designed for bigger screens. Phones are too small for them for now.
What do I need for the download?

Windows says it "protected my PC". Is the download safe?
Yes. The installer is digitally signed by PickCipher LLC, the company behind Koiluna. Windows SmartScreen shows that blue box for any program from a publisher it hasn't seen often yet, and a new release always starts there. Click More info, check that the publisher reads PickCipher LLC, then click Run anyway. If it says "Unknown publisher", don't run it and tell us.
Where is my progress saved?
Online, in your browser on the device you play on. With the download, on your PC. Clearing your browser's site data resets online progress, so we recommend one regular browser.
Can I play on more than one device?
Yes. Sign in on any computer with the email you bought with. Each device keeps its own progress.
How does the Daily Challenge work?
Each day everyone gets the same puzzles: Wordfall, Guardian's Riddles, Mahjong Letters, Bingo, Klondike and TriPeaks. You get one scored try at each. Your moves are replayed on our server to check the score, then you're ranked on the day's boards. Leaderboards show only a nickname you choose, and you can hide yourself from the boards at any time. The Daily Challenge is part of the online editions.
What's your refund policy?
Play Online can be refunded within 7 days (the refund ends your access). The Windows download is final once it has been downloaded; if you haven't downloaded it, you can ask for a refund within 7 days. If your computer can't run the download, we'll switch you to Play Online instead. See the refund policy.
