Refund Policy

Koiluna is delivered digitally the moment you buy it, so our policy is built around that. You agree to it at checkout.

Play Online

If Play Online isn't right for you, email support@koiluna.com within 7 days of purchase from the email you bought with, and we'll refund you in full. The refund ends your online access.

Windows download

The download is final once the installer has been downloaded: the game is then on your computer and cannot be returned. If you have not downloaded it, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Your account page shows whether and when the download was taken.

If the download won't run on your computer

Koiluna for Windows needs 64-bit Windows 10 or 11. If your computer can't run it, email us within 7 days and we'll switch your purchase to Play Online at no charge, so you can play in your browser instead.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. When a purchase is refunded, its online access and download access end. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law of where you live.
