Koiluna is sold by PickCipher LLC ("we", "us"). By buying or playing Koiluna you agree to these terms.
1. What you buy
A one-time payment gives you a personal, non-transferable license to play the Koiluna games in the edition you chose: Play Online (in a web browser), Download (for Windows 10 and 11), or Online + Download. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.
2. Free-play credits: no gambling
The games use virtual free-play credits. Credits have no cash value. They cannot be purchased, won, sold, transferred, exchanged or redeemed for money, prizes or anything of value. No game in Koiluna offers real-money gambling or prizes. Casino-style games are intended for players 18 and over; the word games and bingo are suitable for all ages.
3. Your account and license key
Your purchase is linked to the email address used at checkout and to a license key. Keep your key private. Sharing your access with people outside your household, reselling it or publishing your key is not allowed, and we may disable access that is misused.
4. Progress and saves
Online progress is stored in your web browser on each device; the download stores progress on your PC. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or reinstalling may remove progress, and we can't restore it.
5. Acceptable use
Don't copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer for redistribution, or modify the games, artwork or website, and don't interfere with the service.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the online games available but can't promise uninterrupted service. We may update the games and these terms; material changes will be posted here.
7. Refunds

8. Warranty and liability
Koiluna is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States.
